We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Print-on-demand products
All Queen Bea Collection products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

Damages and issues
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@queenbeacollection.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@queenbeacollection.com.
